在界定高校突发事件网络舆情概念的基础上,指出高校突发事件网络舆情回应机制由信息汇集机制、事件研判机制、策略选取机制、资源动员机制、事件追踪机制和事后恢复机制构成。并深入剖析了各子机制的运行,从而使整个回应机制具有实践价值。

This paper did some intensive research on the response mechanism of university emergency internet public opinion on the basis of defining university emergency internet public opinion,which included information collection mechanism,event judged mechanism,resource mobilization mechanism,event tracking mechanism and recovery mechanism.Then it did some intensive research on the operation of each sub-system to make the response mechanism valuable.
