摘要 采用A/O2+管式膜工艺处理焚烧厂的垃圾渗滤液,主要考察了各反应器的污泥浓度、溶解氧、pH值及电导等条件的变化情况,还考察不同停留时间及回流比条件下COD、氨氮、硝氮、总氮等水质指标的变化情况.结果表明:本工艺对垃圾渗滤液COD、氨氮去除率可达98%,总氮的整体去除率95.40%;实验过程中,管式膜间歇运行,每天出水3 h,之后采用100 mg/L的NaClO水溶液清洗,膜通量可以得到有效的恢复,能够在较长时间内稳定运行. A/O2+ tube membrane TMBR (tube membrane bioreactor) technology was used to treat leachete from the trash incineration plant. In the experiment, the change of sludge concentration, DO, pH and conductance in each reactor was investigated. The indicators of water quality were also mentioned, including COD, NH4+-N, NO3-N and TN at different HRT and reflux ratio. The results showed that the removal rate of COD and NH4+-N can reach 98% and reducing TN level is 95.40%. The system of TMBR moved 3 h/d. The membrane flux can be recovered effectively by NaCIO cleaning orocess and the long-term and stable running can be achiewed
