摘要 莱钢1080m3高炉以稳定顺行为基础,研究并实施大煤比喷吹技术,经过对动力系统及喷吹系统的优化改造,从焦炭冶金性能研究、富氧量研究、高炉调剂参数控制等关键技术入手,实现了200kg/t大煤比喷吹,其他各项主要技术经济指标也均大幅度提升。 Based on regular blast furnace performance, Laiwu Steel’s 1 080 m3 BF actualized large coal ratio injection technology. By optimizing and transforming the power system and the injection system, starting with the research of key technologies such as the metallurgical properties of coke, the amount of oxygen and blast furnace adjustment parameters, large coal ratio of 200 t/kg injection was achieved and the other main technical and economic indexes also were improved significantly.
