摘要
本文论述了在地勘单位承包经营中,强化地勘单位内部管理的必要性,认为当前地勘单位内部管理中存在的问题是:基础管理工作薄弱、经营管理落后、经营行方短期化、权力过于分散、宏观监控不力等。为了改变这一状况,必须树立以提高经济社会效益为中心的观念,加速地勘单位企业化改造,强化基础管理工作。
The essay expounds the necessity of strengthening the internal management of geological and prospecting units in their contracted operation. The problems existed in present management are enumerated as weak basic control, backward business management, running by short-term actions, over-decentralization of power, inefficient macro-control, etc, To improve the situation, the author thinks it is important to establish the concept of focussing on raising economic and social results and to accelerate the transformation of geological and prospecting units into enterprises as well as intensify basic control.
