摘要
本文简述了制定地区经济发展战略的意义,并结合西部地区的具体情况,认为在研究制定西部地区发展战略时,应根据与西部相邻国家的国际环境,处理好“区位理论”与“发展极理论”的关系,充分发挥西部能源、原材料资源的优势等。要加强西部地区矿业和地勘产业政策的研究。
In the paer, the author briefly rates the siguificance of formulating tegional ecoaemic development strategies. Taking into account of the actual conditions of the western regions he holds that in considering and formulating strategies for their development, the relation between “Theory of Area Location”and the“theory of Developing pole”should be correctly handled aecording to the international onvironment related with their neighboring couatries, and that atteation Sheuld be paid to taking full advantage of the energy and raw material resources of these regions and to enhancing the study of policies pertaioing to heir mining and geological prospecting industries.
