CORROSION INVESTIGATION AND ANTI CORROSION MEASURES FOR DIESEL HYDROGENATION UNIT

摘要 兰州炼油化工总厂(兰炼)柴油加氢装置加氢反应器后的分馏塔塔顶冷凝系统发生的腐蚀是由H2 S-HCl-H2O 介质腐蚀所引起,严重影响了装置的正常生产。采用兰炼研制开发的RSK-1中和剂,可大大减缓腐蚀程度,使塔顶冷凝水中的铁离子含量由原来的40~60 μg/g 降到0~2.5μg/g,pH 值由原来的3.0~4.0 升至7.0~8.0。经过一年多的工业试验,防腐效果明显,成功地解决了系统的腐蚀问题,使装置安全运行。 Through investigation, it was found that the corrosion appeared in the fractionator cooling system of diesel hydrogenation unit at Lanzhou Petroleum Processing and Chemical Complex was caused by the H 2S HCL H 2O system. RSK 1 neutralizer was developed and had been used in the system. More than one year commercial trial showed that the corrosion problem was solved and the unit was safely operated. The ferric ion was reduced from 40~60 μg/g to 0~2.5 μg/g, and the pH was raised from 3.0 ~4.0 to 7.0~8.0.
