摘要
设计的龙门钻床采用双柱定梁龙门架以及圆盘回转工作台结构,能够实现对圆盘类零件孔的强力钻削加工。运用ANSYS软件分析机床横梁的静力特性,结果表明:所设计的横梁能满足强度要求。
The gantry structure of double-column and fixed beam and disc rotary table were used in the designed gantry drilling machine and powerful drilling for the holes of disc parts was realized. ANSYS software was used to analyze the static characteristics of the beam. The results demonstrate that the designed beam can meet the strength requirements.
