摘要
分析了铝合金薄壁叉架零件的技术要求、结构特点以及薄壁难加工等工艺问题,制定了合适的数控加工工艺。此外,根据优化的加工工艺选用MasterCAM软件进行了自动编程,实现了该零件的高精度加工。
Issues on thin-walled aluminum alloy fork part of technical requirements, structural characteristics and difficult processing of thin-walled process were analyzed, and a suitable NC processing technology developed. In addition, based on optimization process, MasterCAM was selected for automatic programming. Then high-precision machining of the part is achieved.
