摘要
针对纺织机械企业锭子上下支撑同轴度测量方式落后、自动化程度不高的问题,设计了锭子上下支撑同轴度测量系统。详细介绍了测量系统主要功能模块和系统结构体系,对其原理样机进行了实验验证。验证结果表明:该测量仪实现了自动测量,使用方便,且可实行现场测试;较传统的手用塞规测量,测量精度和效率明显提高,使用更具优越性。
In order to improve the level of measure and automation, a measuring system for the concentricity of the spindle top and bottom supports was presented. The system structure and main function modules were introduced. The principle prototype was ver- ified by experiment. The results show automatic measuring is realized and the tester can be operated in locale conveniently. Comparing with the conventional manual plug gauge, both the measuring accuracy and efficiency are improved greatly.
