摘要 LabVIEW可实现多任务并行实时处理,为数控软件的开发提供了新的平台。开发了一种小型铣床的控制软件,设计了基于LabVIEW平台的译码、刀补、插补等6个模块,最后进行了数控代码的加工仿真。结果表明,该软件可实现数控代码的编译、直线插补、圆弧插补、刀具补偿等功能。 A new development platform for the design of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) software for its multi-task parallel and real-time processing is provided by LabVIEW. The CNC software of a micro milling machine was developed, which designed based on six modules of LabVIEW such as algorithms of decoder, cutter compensation and interpolation. CNC codes machining simulation was carried out using the software finally. The results show that it can complete CNC functions such as line interpolation, circular interpolation, and cutter compensation.
