本文对当前地勘单位资金短缺的特征和根源进行了分析,认为应从强化内部资金管理,落实资全管理责任制,充分挖掘内部资金潜力,科学合理地筹集和使用资全等方面来缓解资全短缺的困难。
with an analysis of the features and root cause of fund shortage in geological and proSpecting units, the author believec that, in order to alleviate the existing difficulties, the units in question should take such measures as strengthening internal money control by instituting a responsibihty system in this respect, tapping the money resources inside the units, maklng full use of the money in hand, and raising funds in a rational way.
