摘要
为测定中草药犁头草的体外抑菌作用,利用平板菌落计数法筛选103 cfu/mL的大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌菌液,并将其涂布到细菌培养基与不同质量浓度中草药犁头草混合的药液培养基上,测定犁头草对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率和最小抑菌浓度。结果显示,犁头草对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌质量浓度分别为250mg/mL和62.5mg/mL;在药液质量浓度不小于最小抑菌质量浓度时,犁头草对以上2种细菌的抑菌率均为100%。由此看出,犁头草对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有明显的体外抑制作用,且对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果优于大肠杆菌。
The bacteria liquid with 103 cfu/mL was prepared by flat calculating colony,which was smeared on the mixture of normal bacteria culture medium and Viola japonica Langsd.with di-fferent concentration and the inhibition effects of Viola japonica Langsd.E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus were evaluated by the inhibitory rate and MIC.The results showed that Viola japonica Langsd.Represent obvious in vitro inhibitory action to E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus.The inhibitory effect to Staphylococcus aureus was superior to E.coli.The minimal Inhibitory concentration(MIC) of Viola japonica Langsd.to E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus was 250 mg/mL and 62.5 mg/mL,respectively.The inhibitory rate was 100% when the concentration of liquor was equal or greater than that of the MIC.
