摘要
本文通过1953年以来地矿业经济周期的分析,对地矿行业改革策略的一些问题进行了探讨。认为:在当前“三化”实施过程中,应把重心置于“地勘单位企业化”上,对“地质成果商品化”宜稳步推行;在富余人员大量存在的情况下,除发展多种经营事业外,缓解地勘单位资金周转困难。
Through an analysis of the economic cycles in geological industry since 1953, the article tries to probe some problems regarding the reform policies of this industry, advocating that in the current 'three transformations' drive, emphasis should be laid on the enterprization of geological and prospecting units while steadily realizing the commercialization of geological reports. Facing redundent manpower it seems necessary to limit the enrolment of all kinds of geological universities, colleges and schools in addition to developing diversified operation, and, at the same time, enhance the training of present workers and staff. Presently, when the geological industry is at a low tide, the rationalization of the organization of labor can hardly attain the goal as expected. Therefore, the role of the 'internal bank' must be brought into play to ease the tension in money turnover of geological and prospecting units.
