摘要
本文从石油地勘单位的实际出发,论述了在地勘单位内部二线单位率先推行承包经济责任制的意义和有利条件,介绍了华东石油地质局目前的基本作法,并对如何合理确定承包指标、制定工资总额与经济效益挂钩标准,和对承包者的奖罚、实行民主管理等问题提出了建议。
Based on the realities of the oil-prospecting units the article expounds the significance and advantages of starting the contracted economic responsibility system first in the supporting divisions of the units. It also introduces the main steps taken by the East China Bureau of Petroleum Geology in this field, and makes suggestions on the setting of proper quotas in contracting, the standard of linking total amount of wages with business accomplishments, the reward and penalty for contractors, and on practising democratic management.
