急性呼吸窘迫综合征治疗进展 被引量:9

摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)是发生于严重感染、休克、创伤等非心源性疾病过程中,由于肺毛细血管内皮细胞和肺泡上皮细胞损伤引起的弥漫性肺间质和肺泡水肿并导致的急性低氧性呼吸功能衰竭,多年来一直是呼吸和危重病医学界研究的热点和难点。随着国内外广大学者对ARDS基础和临床研究的不断深入,药物治疗和呼吸支持均取得了新的进展,本文就近年来关于ARDS的治疗进展做简要综述。
