摘要
本文对我国矿产资源现状及其面临的问题进行了分析,认为进一步建立健全我国矿产资源法制体系,完善矿产资源监督管理已刻不容缓。文章对此提出了一些具体意见。
With an overview of the current state of China's mineral resources and the problems existed therein, the paper calls for urgent actions to establish and improve relevant. legal systems so as to gain better control of the resources of the country. Suggestions and measures to be taken are proposed.
