摘要
在综合录井仪中,泵速和转盘转速的测量采用了完全相同的原理和方法。通过泵速测量可以计算入口流量、迟到时间等重要参数,测量转盘转速对安全、快速钻井具有重要意义。文章介绍了素速及转盘转速测量电路的工作原理,并对其作了定性、定量分析。与进口电路相比,该电路具有硬件结构简单、成本低、可靠性高等优点,投入实际运行,取得了良好的经济效益。
The methed and cireuit principle of pump rate and rowt speed measurement are same in comprehensive mud logginginstrument, some important papamters such as entrance flow rate in and lag time can be obtained by the measurement ofpump rate, it is important to measure the rotary for the safe and rapid drilling. This paper describes the work principle ofthe circuit, and gives the quantitative analysis. Compared with the imported circuit, this cireuit is of features as follows:simpler hardware structure, lowr price and higher reliability, the application effect show good economic benefit.
