本文通过对产品质量与成本关系的分析,认为任何质量标准都有一个合的理经济界限。在实际勘查工作中,既要反对忽视工程质量,也要注意防止片面追求过高工程质量倾向。
Through an analysis of the relationship between quality and cost, the article believes that there should be a rational economic standard for any criterion of measuring the quality. Both underweighing and overweiging the quality of an engineering project should be prevented.
