PROSPECT ON CHINA’S PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY IN 21^(st) CENTURY

This paper briefly introduces the three developing periods and the main marks of China's petrochemical industry,analyses the environment for China's petrochemical industry developing from following aspects:the mergence and reorganization of international major petrochemical firms,technology innovation,sustainable development and China's market demand. It puts forth that structure adjustment is an important task for the industry in early next century, forecasts China's petrochemical market at the beginning of 21 st century and expounds developing strategies of China's petrochemical industry in 21 st century.
