摘要
从高职高专学生党员的基本特点出发,分析高职高专学生党员在顶岗实习期间组织生活的现状,提出顶岗实习期间学生党员党组织生活的两种理论模型,进而设计出在操作层面上的实践模型,以解决组织生活中存在的问题,提高学生党员顶岗实习中组织生活的创新性和实效性。
From the basic characteristics of higher vocational student communists the paper analyzes the status of their organization life in the period of working practice.To solve the problems and improve the innovation and effectiveness of student communists＇ organization life,the paper proposes two theoretical models,then designs practical model at the operational level.
