On the Teaching Students in Accordance of Their Aptitude

张凤生老师为河北软件职业技术学院教学名师。近几年来,他作为网络工程系主任、计算机网络技术专业群带头人,带领计算机网络技术教学团队(2010院级优秀教学团队),根据学生不同情况,采取了一系列因材施教的措施,在充分发挥学生所长、学习主观能动性方面进行了积极有效的探索研究,他们的经验和做法可资借鉴。

Zhang Fengsheng is the master teacher in Hebei Software Institute.As the leader of network engineering department and majors related with computer,he and his teaching group（Excellent Teaching Group in 2010） make research on a series of teaching methods according to the students＇ aptitude based on different grades,explore how to fully play students＇ advantage and improve their subjective initiative.It is worth to use their experience and method as a reference.
