借鉴国外学习型组织理论建设军校特色学习型教研室

On Learning Teaching - research Office Construction in Military Academies Office Based on Theory of Foreign Learning Organization

首先从新军事变革、院校转型和教员发展3个方面,明确了军校构建学习型教研室的意义;然后对学习型教研室内涵进行了解释,分析了构建学习型教研室的军校特色;最后在激发热情、提升创造力、加强学习力、促进交流等4个方面,提出了借鉴国外学习型组织理论建设军校特色学习型教研室的几点思考。

To begin with, this paper illuminates the importance of learning teaching - research office construction in terms of the new military transformation, academy innovation and the requirement of teachers＇ promotion, analyzes the connotation of learning teaching - research office, puts forward the approach of construction of learning teaching - research office with traits of military colleges based on the theory of foreign learning organization from stimulating passion, upgrading creativity, reinforcing study capability and promoting intercommunion.
