Research on Risk Assessment System of Military Vehicles Security

在车辆安全管理中引入风险评估制度,通过确立评估目标、建立评估指标、划分风险等级、建立评估组织、制定实施细则、规范评估程序,变＂事故追查＂为＂安全预测＂,识别、评价和控制车辆安全风险,将风险降低到最低水平,以确保完成各项运输保障任务。

This paper introduces the risk assessment system to the vehicles safety control, through establishing appraisal goal and appraisal target, dividing risk rank, establishing appraisal organization, formulating executive regulation and standard appraisal procedure, changing＂the accident investigation＂to＂the safe prediction＂, recognizing, appraising and the controling vehicles security risk. It reduces the risk to the minimum level and guarantees each transport support task.
