摘要
概述了美军后勤保障体制改革的基本原则,分析了其主要内容,指出美军后勤保障体制具有强化战略层次、集中统一、机动灵活的特点,得出我军后勤保障体制要从健全后勤动员机制、加强预备役后勤建设、加强后勤信息化建设、增强应急保障力量的几点启示。
This paper analyzes the principles and contents of US army＇s logistics support system innovation,points out the features of US army＇s logistics support system, such as strengthening stratagem, concentrating and flexible. This paper puts forward some feasible methods to strengthen our army＇s logistics support system, from four aspects on consummating logistics mobilization system, strengthening the construction of preparatoy logistics, informationization logistics and contingency support force.
