建立一套科学合理的大学生党员发展考核体系、创新学生党员教育形式和培训内容、加强培育其责任感意识、吸纳学生党员参与校园管理能有效提升大学生党员的综合素质。
To effectively enhance the comprehensive quality of college student Party members, universities must build rational and scientific systems for recruiting Party members among students and eval- uating them, create innovative education forms and contents, make student Party members more aware of their responsibility and invite them to participate in campus management.
