简论低碳城市规划理论与实践

Preliminary Study on Theory and Practice of Low-carbon City

怎样解决温室气体带来的全球变暖、气候变化加剧等问题已经成为困扰全球发展的重大难题。自2003年以来低碳城市逐渐进入人们视野,并被认为是遏制全球气候问题的首要选择,而作为构建低碳城市的低碳城市规划技术成为社会关注的焦点。该文对当前低碳城市规划理论进行总结,并对部分低碳城市规划实践做了介绍,以期能够为未来低碳城市规划建设提供一定的借鉴与引导。

It becomes a difficult global problem about how to solve the problems causing global climate warming, increasing climate changing and so on. Low-carbon city has been known by the world since 2003, and low-carbon city is the first choice to mitigate global climate warming, so the planning of low-carbon city to develop low-carbon city becomes the focus of society attention. This paper reviews the low-carbon city planning theories, and introduces some practices of low-carbon city planning so as to lead the development of low-carbon city planning and construction in the future.
