摘要
目的分析个体化治疗成人腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法回顾性分析546例成人腹股沟疝患者个体化治疗的临床效果。结果术后复发5例,复发率为0.92%;术后阴囊肿胀27例;术后慢性疼痛26例,慢性疼痛率4.76%;术后恢复活动时间4.3±0.5小时,住院时候4.1±0.7天。结论采用个体化的方案治疗成人腹股沟疝,可确保患者术后复发率低和术后并发症少,术后下床及进食恢复快,术后住院时间短,各项医疗费用低。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of tension-free hernioplasty for adult inguinal hernia through individualize treatment. Methods A Clinical data of 546 cases with inguinal hernia treated by tension-free hernioplasty through individualized treatment from Jun 2004 to Feb 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were cured. There were 5 cases of recurrence after surgery and the recurrence rate was 0.92%. Scrotal swelling after operation had 27 case. Chronic pain after operation were in 26 cases and the chronic pain rate was 4.76%. Postoperative ambulation time for patients were 4.3±0.5 hours, and hospital stay time were 4.1±0.7 days. Conclusion Tension-free hernioplasty for adult inguinal hernia through individualize treatment is worth to be popularized due to faster recovery, Lower recurrence rate and complication, shorter hospital stay, lower medical costs.
