摘要
矮型异相抽油机 (以下简称矮型机 )是中国石油天然气集团公司推广机型。与常规抽油机比较 ,体积小、重量轻、能耗小、效率高。通过对矮型机的优化设计进行研究 ,编写了设计、计算软件包。指出矮型机优化既有等式约束又有不等式约束 ,是多维非线性优化问题 ,具有多个极值点。广义拉格朗日乘子法是矮型机优化的有效方法 ,设置墙函数 ,是提高程序运行效率的有效手段。矮型机优化结果与同类型常规抽油机比较 ,各杆尺寸明显减小 ,最大扭矩系数下降17%
Compared with the conventional well pumping unit this one is small in size,light in weight,less in energy consume and high in efficiency.The authors compile the design,calculation software packing and point out that the optimum of short type well pumping unit is both the equality constraints and the unequality constraints.It's a multidimension nonlinear optimum and has more extreme value points.
