摘要
跟踪测试了孤东油田目前在用的 4种有杆抽油机节能电机 ,利用科学、准确的实测数据 ,从无功损耗、有功功率和产液量单耗、节电率、抽油机平均系统效率等方面进行了对比分析。结果发现 ,电磁调速节能电机不但没有起到节电效果 ,反而增加了能耗 ,实际应用效果最差。而抽油机节能拖动装置其无功损耗最小 ,节电率最大 ,产液量单耗降低率最高 ,应用效果最佳 ,与原普通电机对比其节电率可达 36 8%。
The author did the tracking test to four kinds of exist using energy\|saving motors of sucker rod pumps,compared and analysed the tested data on the wattless losses,wattful power,single consume to output of fluid,energy\|saving rate and average system efficiency of pump units.Results show that the electromagnets speed governing energy\|saving motor not only has no energy\|saving result but increasing the energy consume,it is the worst.The energy\|saving tug unit of the pump unit,its wattless loss is the least,it has the largest energy\|saving rate,it has the best applying result,compared with the former ordinary motor its energy\|saving rate reaches 36\^8%.Suggesting to extending this kind of motors.
