摘要
电机控制器的开发是电动汽车开发中的重要环节。文中提出了一种基于NI Compact RIO可编程自动化控制器(PAC)的电机控制器快速控制原型(RCP)的方法。通过对PAC的主要架构、功能、实现形式进行阐述,结合永磁同步电机磁场定向控制方法,阐述了Compact RIO在电机控制器快速控制原型的具体实现方法。试验证明,基于PAC的快速控制原型方法适用于电动汽车用电机控制器的开发。
The research and development of motor-controller is an important part of the development of Electric-Vehicle. This paper proposes a method for Rapid Control Prototyping (RCP) of motor controller based on NI Compact RIO Programmable Automation Controller (PAC). After describe the artchitecture and functions of the PAC, and the Field Oriented Control(FOC) method for the permanent magnet synchronous motor ,this paper present the implementation of RCP for motor-controller, based on Compact RIO.It is proved that PAC-based RPC method is applicable to build motor-controller for Electric-Vehicle.
