摘要
中国农村学校体育的发展需要依靠农村整体面貌的改变;农村问题的解决需要重新着眼"双轨制"思想,形成"自上而下"(国家视角)与"自下而上"(农村视角)两条轨道的对开。农村学校体育发展也需要以这种"双向对开"的思想作为行动指南,开发切实可行的对策,使农村学校体育工作产生一种创造性转换。
The paper puts forward a proposal that China rural physical education development is decided by whole change of rural area,and needed thought of ＂Two-way System＂ mentioned by Fei Xiao-tong.Rural physical education＇ development also needs the ＂Two-way System＂ for guide to action and exerts a conversion creation.
