正义是指维护和实现社会的应然状态的客观要求在人们主观上的反映,是一个社会内各个领域发展要求的合理化、神圣化。一个社会内各个领域的发展要求是客观的,是体现各个领域发展的内在规律的,因此,正义本质上是客观的,其表现形式是主观的。政治正义是评价政治价值的价值、是兼容政治价值的尺度、是社会最紧要最稀缺的发展条件的反映。判断政治正义的优劣标准是正义的广度与深度的积。正义的广度就是被正义庇护的人数。正义的深度就是在正义的庇护下人的全面自由和谐发展的程度。寿命指数、人均发展资本、吉尼系数、非正常死亡率四项指标可以作为衡量一个社会特定时期的正义程度的指标。

Justice is a reflection of objective requirements for maintaining and realizing social rationalization.All areas within a community development requirements are objective,and the development of all areas reflects the inherent laws.Therefore,the manifestation of justice is subjective.The existence of irrational behavior is just reason to exist.A social and political justice in the final analysis is the dominant social group’s strong concept of justice.This concept of justice more or less takes into account the interests of the Group about the weak demand.Political justice is to evaluate the value of political values,to be compatible with the scale of political values,and to be the most critical conditions for the development of the most scarce reflection.Socialist political system of justice is the soul,innovation rules,the door to a harmonious development of the road.Standard to determine the merits of political justice is just the product of the breadth and depth.Breadth of justice is to be just the number of asylum.The depth of justice is free and harmonious development to the full extent.Life expectancy index,the development of capital per capita,Gini coefficiency,four indicators of non-normal mortality as a measure of a society can be just a specific period of indicators.
