摘要
高校日语人才的培养应以满足社会需求为第一要务,要制订基于社会调查的科学、合理的日语人才培养方案。在实施日语教学活动之前,首先要明确规定日语专业所培养的人才的类型和规格。制订日语人才培养方案时,应注重专业技能、专业基础、就业技能、专业特色、基本素质等内容,并根据这几方面的要求完成日语专业的课程设置。
In cultivating Japanese majors at universities, priority should be given to social demands and a scientific and appropriate training program for Japanese majors should be formulated according to social investigations. Before conducting Japanese teaching activities, teachers should be clear about the types and specifications of Japanese talents. In designing training program, importance should be attached to language skill, basic knowledge, employment ability, specialty characteristics and basic qualities of the students.
