摘要
印度自独立以来一直致力于儿童的早期发展,制定了多个促进儿童发展的项目。其中的ICDS项目作为世界上最大的儿童早期发展计划之一,在改善妇女儿童的营养健康、促进农村儿童早期发展、提高学前教育质量上发挥了巨大的作用。对印度ICDS项目的实施背景、项目目标、实施途径与成效的分析,可以为我国学前教育的发展与学前教育目标的达成提供启示。
Since its independence, India has been devoted to child development by carrying out many programs. Among them, ICDS (Integrated Child Development Services) Program , as one of the biggest plans of child development in the world, has played a great role in improving nutrition of women and children, promoting child development in rural areas and uplifting quality of pre-school education. This paper intends to make an analysis of the background, objectives, approaches and effects of the program for the purpose of providing some inspirations to the development of pre-school education in China and achieving the goal of pre- school education set up in National Outline for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development.
