摘要
锦州石化公司二套催化分馏塔顶冷凝器一直承担生活小区的采暖供热,近年来由于生活区的不断扩建,采暖面积不断增加,使得热负荷不足的矛盾日趋严重。另外,该换热流程中的壳程油气管线压降偏大使下游气压机长期处于紧张的工作状态,制约了生产的发展,为此,在1995年4月将原4台直径1.2m的普通换热器全部更换成由抚顺石油学院和抚顺机械厂共同开发的4台直径为1.2m的扰流子折流杆换热器,经过半年多的运行,于1995年11月进行了标定,结果达到了预期效果,不仅满足了生活小区的供暖,同时也大大降低了油气管线的压力降,使下游气压机从超负荷状态松驰下来,从而解决了该厂的实际难题,取得经济效益约1.0×106元/a。
The overheed condensers of the secondary cat fractionator of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company have been suplying the heat to the living regions. Because of the constant expansion of the living regions and the constant increasing of heating area, the scarcity of thermal load became serious. In addition, the pressure of the shell pass in exchanging flow path was high, which made downstream compressors work in long range tensive states. So in April, 1995 we displaced all the four routine heat exchangers whose diameters are 1.2 m by four Turbulator rod-baffle heat exchangers in the same size. After half a year′s operation, the expected result has been obtained. Thus the company′s actual problem was solved. In this way, the company saved about a million yuan every year.
