基于FDTD的CSRR微带线特性分析

摘要 借助时域有限差分法(FDTD)并结合完全匹配层(PML)对互补金属开口谐振环(CSRR)微带线进行电磁仿真,并通过所得到的CSRR微带线的S参数曲线,分析其慢波特性.仿真结果与HFSS结果吻合良好,从而验证了该分析方法的有效性和计算的准确性.最后,详细讨论CSRR结构参数改变对微带线带阻特性的影响,分析结果在工程设计上具有一定的借鉴和指导意义. The CSRR microstrip was simulated by the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method with the perfectly matched layer (PML) in this paper. The slow-wave characteristics of the CSRR microstrip were analyzed using the S-parameters gained from the FDTD method. The simulation results showed good agreement with that of the HFSS, which proved that the analysis method and the calculation in this paper were effective and correct. At the end of this paper, the influences of the CSRR dimensions on the stop-band characteristics were discussed in detail, the results of the analysis do have guiding significance in engineering design.
