摘要
介绍了以固态精白石蜡、氯气为主要原料,轻液蜡作稀释剂,采用引发剂光氯化法在无溶剂状态下制备氯化石蜡-70的新工艺。制备氯化石蜡-70过程中选用了过氧化物引发剂及光量子协同作用,使氯化反应以链锁方式快速进行,添加平均碳原子数小于12的轻液蜡作稀释剂(同时作原料),进行深度氯化。探讨了引发剂氯化反应机理,讨论了引发剂浓度对氯化深度的影响;反应时间对氯化深度的影响;氯气流速对转化深度的影响。实验结果表明,本工艺与国内目前普遍采用的溶剂法生产工艺相比,由于不使用有毒溶剂CCl4,避免了CCl4的回收和环境污染,工艺简单、设备投资明显减少。新型引发剂的应用,使氯化反应速度加快,与传统的热氯化法相比,反应周期由35~50h,缩短到7.5~8.5h,原料和能耗减少,产品质量稳定,生产成本降低。
A new method to prepare paraffin-70 chloride by using initiator and light chlorination with light liquid wax as the diluting agent, chlorine gas and solid white fine wax as the main raw materials has been proposed. During the preparation highly active initiator and light quantum were chosen to make the chlorination proceed quickly and deeply in the manner of chain reaction as well as light liquid wax was used as the diluting agent. The mechanism of the chlorination is discussed. The effect of mass ratio of iniator to the reaction,the effect of reaction duration on the deepness of the chlorination and the effect of flow rate of chlorine gas on the deepness of conversion were studied. The experimental results show that compared with the solvent method adopted nationally wide at present this process avoids the recycling of CCl 4 and prevents the environment from pollution because it does not use the poisonous solvent CCl 4. The process is simple, and the equipment investment is dramatically reduced. The use of peroxide initator makes the velocity of the chlorination speed up; being compared with the traditional heat chlorination method the period of the reaction is shortened from 35~50 h to 7.5~8.5 h. The consumption of raw materials and energy is decreased; the quality of the product is stable and the cost of the production decreased.
