摘要
在热水供暖系统中,调节阀是改变热媒流动阻力、传热量变化及控制系统的调节装置。调节阀的选型、使用涉及多方面知识。现有的调节阀性能,不便于实际操作。因调节阀不正确的选型,降低了使用性能,使供暖系统控制和调节能力削弱,影响供暖系统工作的稳定性。根据平衡阀的工作特点,使用它能合理地改变供暖系统的流动阻力,改善供暖系统的调节功能,保证了供暖系统工作的稳定性。阐述了平衡阀的选型原理,并以一个供暖系统为例,说明了平衡阀的选型和在供暖系统中安装要求,并介绍了在热水供暖系统中平衡阀的两种调试方法。
A governing valve is the instrument for changing flow resistance and heat transfer flux of hot water, controlling pressure and temperature of heating system. The performance of operating, controlling and safety of the heating system would not be best if the model of the valve was selected unsuitably. The balance valve which is one of governing valves can conveniently change flow resistance of hot water, improve the regulating ability and keep the safety of heating system. The methods of selection, installation, operation and regulation of the balance valve were introduced based on the properties of the valve in one heating system.
