摘要
目的观察有机物对次氯酸钠消毒液杀菌效果的影响。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对悬液中牛血清白蛋白影响次氯酸钠消毒液杀菌效果进行了观察。结果用含有效氯100 mg/L的该次氯酸钠消毒液作用5min,对含3 g/L牛血清白蛋白悬液中大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值均﹥5.00;作用20 min,对含30 g/L牛血清白蛋白悬液中大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值均﹥5.00。用含有效氯300 mg/L和500 mg/L的该次氯酸钠消毒液作用10 min,可分别对含3 g/L和30 g/L牛血清白蛋白悬液中黑曲霉菌的杀灭对数值﹥4.00。用含有效氯300 mg/L的该次氯酸钠消毒液作用10 min,对含3 g/L牛血清白蛋白悬液中脊髓灰质炎病毒灭活对数值﹥4.00;对含30 g/L牛血清白蛋白悬液中脊髓灰质炎病毒达到相同灭活效果需要用含有效氯700 mg/L的该次氯酸钠消毒液作用20 min。结论有机物对次氯酸钠消毒液杀灭细菌繁殖体、黑曲霉菌和灭活脊髓灰质炎病毒均有一定影响。
Objective To observe the influence of organic matter on germicidal efficacy of sodium hypochlorite solution.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the influence of different concentration of organic matters on germicidal effects of sodium hypochlorite solution.Results The killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the solution containing available chloric 100 mg/L for 5 min were both﹥5.00 when the concentration of bovine serum albumin was 3 g/L;those for 20 min were both﹥5.00 when the concentration of bovine serum albumin was 30 g/L.The killing logarithm values of Aspergillus niger exposed to the solution containing available chloric 300 mg/L for 10 min was ﹥4.00 when the concentration of bovine serum albumin was 3 g/L;while that exposed to the solution containing available chloric 500 mg/L for 10min was﹥4.00 when the concentration of bovine serum albumin was 30 g/L.The average inactivation logarithm value of poliomyelitis virus exposed to the solution containing available chloric 300 mg/L for 10 min was﹥4.00 when the concentration of bovine serum albumin was 3 g/L;while that exposed to the solution containing available chloric 700 mg/L for 20 min was﹥4.00 when the concentration of bovine serum albumin was 30 g/L.Conclusion The organic matter has different influence on germicidal efficacy of sodium hypochlorite solution for Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Aspergillus niger and poliomyelitis virus.
