三种84消毒液杀菌性能及稳定性观察

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON GERMICIDAL EFFICACY AND STABILITY OF THREE KINDS OF 84 LIQUID DISINFECTANTS

目的观察3种以次氯酸钠为主要成分的84消毒液杀菌效果及稳定性。方法采用悬液定量杀灭试验和理化分析方法,对3种84消毒液相关性能进行了实验室检测。结果所观察的3种84消毒液初始有效氯含量与pH值均符合《次氯酸钠类消毒剂卫生质量技术规范》的规定要求。编为1号的84消毒液以含有效氯100 mg/L的稀释液作用10 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌杀灭对数值≥5.00;含有效氯200 mg/L的稀释液作用10min,对悬液内铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值均≥5.00;但1号84消毒液稳定性加速试验结果,其有效氯含量下降率达到48.80%。2号消毒液同样未通过稳定性加速试验,且仅能杀灭2种指标菌。3号消毒液虽通过了稳定性加速试验,但杀菌性能不能满足杀灭3种指标菌的要求。结论所试验的3种84消毒液均不属于合格产品,必须加强市场监管力度。

Objective In order to know the germicidal efficacy and stability of three kinds of 84 liquid disinfectants mainly containing sodium hypochlorite.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and physical and chemical analysis were used to test the three kinds of 84 liquid disinfectants.Results The initial available chorine content and pH value of three kinds of 84 liquid disinfectants fulfilled the requirement of health quality and technical specification of sodium hypochlorite disinfection.The killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in suspension exposed to the diluted solution of number 1 product containing available chlorine l00 mg/L for 10 min were higher than 5.00.The killing logarithm values of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans in suspension exposed to the diluted solution of Number 1 product containing available chlorine 200 mg/L for 10 min were higher than 5.00.The accelerated stability test showed that the available chorine of the number 1 product decreased over 48.80%.Number 2 produce didn＂t pass the occelerated stobilitest and it only had germicidal effect of two kinds hygienic indicator bacteria within 2 time of the specification.Number 3 product passed the accelerated stability test but the germicidal efficacy killing three kinds hygienic indicator bacteria didn＇t meet the requirements of the specification.Conclusion All of three kinds of 84 liquid disinfectants in the experiment are unqualified products.Market supervision must be strengthened.
