API 20E在消毒液染菌检测鉴定中的应用

APPLICATION OF API 20E IN THE DETECTION OF PATHOGENS IN DISINFECTANT

目的评价API 20E在消毒液污染菌种类鉴定的应用价值。方法应用API 20E系统,对消毒液中污染的肠道致病菌进行了鉴定,同时与常规生化鉴定系统作对比,再经血清学方法进行验证。结果用API 20E方法对3份消毒液盲样中肠道致病菌作出了鉴定,且与常规鉴定方法的结果一致。结论 API 20E方法具有操作简便、特异和敏感性较高,适用于消毒液中肠道致病菌鉴定。

Objective To evaluate the application value of API 20 E used to identify the polluted bacteria types in disinfectant.Methods API 20E system was used to identify enteropathogenic bacteria polluted in disinfectants and the results were confirmed by the conventional biochemical and serological methods.Results API 20E method was used to identify enteropathogenic bacteria in three blinded samples of disinfectants and the results were consistent with the findings of conventional identification methods.Conclusion API 20E method is simple,convenient,peculiar and sensitive.So API 20 E method is applicable to the identification of enteropathogenic bacteria.
