封井器吊装架横梁的侧向屈曲临界载荷计算

摘要 狭长矩形梁的侧向屈曲,是机械设备和工程结构设计中应该考虑的一个重要问题。在分析封井器吊装架外伸梁的侧向屈曲问题时,推导了外伸梁侧向弯曲的微分方程,并用无穷级数法求解,得到了外伸梁在自由端受集中载荷时的侧向屈曲临界载荷的数值结果。推导了用能量法计算侧向屈曲临界载荷的计算式,并给出了近似解。发现外伸梁可以分解为简支梁和悬臂梁,外伸梁的临界载荷为简支梁和悬臂梁的较小者。得出的结果为机械设备和工程结构的设计提供了依据。 The problem of lateral buckling of overhanging beam on the frame for hoisting blowout preventers is discussed, the differential equation for the lateral buckling is derived and solved by using the infinite series method, and the value of the lateral buckling critical load of the overhanging beam acted by concentrated load at the free end is obtained. The equation for calculating the lateral buckling critical load by using the energy method is deduced, and an approximate solution is given. The overhanging beam can be divided into a pin ended beam and a antilever beam, and the critical load of the overhanging beam is the minor of that of the two divided beams. The result obtained can be used in the design of mechanical equipment and engineering structure.
