摘要
焊接的天车和游车滑轮,因在焊接时存在工艺上的某些缺陷,在使用中容易脱焊,导致滑轮体与轴承座之间产生转动位移和轴向位移,滑轮体内孔磨大,轴衬座外径磨小,严重时滑轮体会在轴承座上摆动。对于脱焊滑轮的修复,采用简单的重新焊接不能解决根本问题。经分析研究提出,修复脱焊滑轮必须消除工艺缺陷,保证滑轮不变形,关键是在A、B、C三点开出消除内应力槽,使焊接成功。实践证明,采用这种修复方法是成功的,修复后的滑轮使用效果良好。
Since there are certain technological drawbacks to the pulleys of crown blocks and travelling blocks during the process of welding, sealing off of the pulley is apt to occur after the crown block and travelling block are put into use, which can't be fundamentally reconditioned simply by re welding. The authors of this article, through their analysis and research, raise a realistic and practicable pulley repairing method, the key of which is to eliminate the internal welding stress. Practice has proven this method worth popularizing.
