摘要
新的节能措施,就是利用富气压缩机的多变效率曲线,改变压缩机的工作点,从而达到节能之目的。变工况对汽轮机-富气压缩机机组性能曲线的影响包括3个方面:(1)改变汽轮机的转速从而改变压缩机的工作点;(2)改变压比可改变汽轮机转速和机组后部的工艺操作压力;(3)温度降低时压比增大,使稳定工作区增大。降低机组压比及汽轮机的转速和入口温度,均可减少汽轮机的能耗。机组变工况运行3个月,不计降低蒸汽参数带来的效益,仅以每小时10t的蒸汽节能量计算,就获经济效益1296万元。
A new measure for power saving of rich gas compressors is put forward, i.e. varying the working point of the compressor by using its variable efficiency curve to reduce power consumption. The influences of duty variation on the performance curve of the steam turbine compressor unit include: (1)changing the working point of the compressor by varying the rotary speed of the steam turbine; (2)changing the rotary speed of the steam turbine and technological operating pressure of the rear part of the unit by varying the pressure ratio; (3)the stable working area enlarging owing to the increase of pressure ratio with the decrease of the temperature. The power consumption of the unit can be reduced by decreasing the pressure ratio of the unit, the rotary speed of the steam turbine or the temperature at the inlet. The result of the actual running of the unit shows that good financial profits can be achieved by adopting the new measure.
