摘要
本文对中外合资勘探国内地质项目的投资及股权的计算、勘探实施程序,中外合资在管理上应注意的几个问题作了评述。
The article discusses the scale of investment and calculation of equity capital of geological prospecting projects in China with Chinese-foreign investment and the steps for their execution. It also points out several issues which calls for attention in the management of the joint ventures.
