摘要
针对修井作业中人力上卸抽油杆螺纹效率低,劳动强度大,又不能保证不同规格抽油杆所要求的上扣扭矩等问题,研制了CQ—1200型液压抽油杆钳。这种抽油杆钳由主钳、手动换向阀、液压马达、底钳、弹簧吊筒和调节弹簧等组成。在设计中省掉了转速换挡机构,同时通过改变制动板上压簧螺栓的结构,解决了制动板减薄时腭板滚子爬坡力量不足这一技术难题。介绍了这种抽油杆钳的工作原理、主要技术参数和室内试验情况。现场应用结果表明,采用CQ—1200型液压抽油杆钳可大大减少抽油杆脱扣次数,提高修井质量和修井速度。
Model CQ—1200 hydraulic sucker rod tong is developed for satisfying the requirements of various screwing torques. The tong is comprised of main tong, manual reversal valve, hydraulic motor, auxiliary tong, spring hanger and adjustable spring. In the design of this tong, the rotary speed shifting mechanism is ommitted, and the strength of creeping of the palate plate roller is kept when the rataining plate becomes thinner by changing the structure of the spring bolt in the rataining plate. The working principle, technical parameters and test of the tong are introduced. Field use shows that thread-off of sucker rods are reduced remarkably and the quality and speed of well servicing are improved obviously by using Model CQ—1200 hydraulic sucker rod tong.
