摘要
在手摇横机上进行单面凹凸条纹空气层织物的开发,通过改进,打破了普通条纹织物外观、结构相对单一的特点,条纹外观只呈现在织物的一面,并且形成有凹凸感的空气层。通过改变色纱编织线圈横列的数目、调整线圈横列密度或增加编织色纱种类等方法可以扩大面料花色,一定程度满足人们对横机面料多样化的需求。另外,通过在前针床加装三角座的改装横机上进行单面凹凸条纹空气层织物的生产,可以极大提高编织效率。
This paper tells about the development of air inclusion flat knitting fabric with single concave-convex stripe in flat knitting machine.The stripe is a partial expression of weft knitting fabric,but common stripes are singleness in appearance and structure.Air inclusion flat knitting fabric is developed after improving and the tripe is presented only in one side of the fabric with the appearance of concave-convex air inclusion.The pattern of fabric can be extended by changing the course number of dyed yarn,by adjusting the density of course or by increasing the variety of dyed yarn.Then,these can satisfy the people′s need in some degree.Meanwhile the air inclusion flat knitting fabric with single concave-convex stripe is knitted on converted flat knit machine with a cam fixed on front needle bed and the knit efficiency is raised.
