摘要
目前使用最为广泛的羊毛防缩方法——氯化法因会产生大量AOX,不利于环境保护。文章提出了环保型的双氧水-超声波预处理,再用壳聚糖溶液处理的新方法对毛针织物进行处理,探讨了预处理中的双氧水体积浓度、处理温度、处理时间,超声波处理温度和超声波处理时间5个因素的变化对织物的顶破强力和面积毡缩率的影响,得出了预处理的最优工艺条件:双氧水体积浓度30 mL/L、处理温度70℃,处理时间60 min;超声波的处理温度60℃,处理时间25 min。
At present,the woollen anti-felting method—chlorination the most widely used will produce a large amount of AOX that is bad to environment protection.A new environment friendly shrinkage-resistance method was presented in this paper.Woollen knitted fabric was handled with chitosan liquor after hydrogen peroxide liquor and ultrasonic pretreatment.This paper discussed the influence on fabric area shrinkage and fabric bursting strength that was caused by the variation of five pretreatment factors—hydrogen peroxide concentration,hydrogen peroxide temperature,hydrogen peroxide time,ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic time.The optimal pretreatment process obtained was hydrogen peroxide concentration 30 mL/L,hydrogen peroxide temperature 70 ℃,hydrogen peroxide time 60 min,ultrasonic temperature 60 ℃,ultrasonic time 25 min.
