摘要
通过对以往既有建筑改造时采用传统保温做法所存在的不足进行分析,阐述了采暖保温发展的背景。并以邯郸市既有建筑节能改造为例,提出采用铝箔反射材料对建筑外墙实施改造,并对墙体防潮的改进措施及其经济性做了描述。通过调研和实验数据的整理比对,探索出更适合中低收入居住主体,并符合可持续发展原则的经济适用改造新途径。
The paper analyses the insufficiency of Chinese heating and insulation in existing buildings in the existing building, and explains the background of heating insulation development. Using Handan existing building energy saving for example, this paper proposes the modification measures by the external walls of existing buildings on the implementation of the transformation of aluminum foil inside the thermal insulation, and describes the wall moisture - proof improvements and their economic analysis. By comparing with our usual method of exterior insulation and analyzing the transformation, explore a economic way which is more suitable for the low and middle income families and coincides with the principle of sustainable development.
