摘要
文章通过对钻眼机具、掏槽形式、爆破参数、装药结构、起爆方式和炮眼填塞等因素进行了分析和研究,提出了立井过基岩段时深孔爆破的有效技术措施。爆破实践表明,通过对立井井筒基岩段深孔爆破技术参数的优化,提高了爆破效果,加快了施工速度,同时为类似岩层条件下的井筒掘进爆破施工提供了理论与技术支持。
The paper had an analysis and study on the drilling machine and tools,cut form,blasting parameters,loaded structure,priming method,borehole seal and other factors.The effective technical measures of the deep borehole blasting were provided for the mine shaft sinking through a base rock section.The blasting practices showed that the optimization of the deep borehole blasting technical parameters for the mine shaft sinking through the base rock section could improve the blasting effect and could speed up the construction.Meanwhile the optimization could provide the theoretical and technical support to the mine shaft excavation and blasting operations under the similar rock conditions.
